Marsha Carleson

Marsha is an Illinois State Artisan.

Marsha, a therapist in her early professional life, came to her art after a loss of some vision and is now partially sighted. She fools most folks most days. Marsha works primarily in Abaca Paper. She makes Bowls, Baskets, Wall Sconces and Cards. These pieces are produced using natural fibers. Grapevine, raffia and assorted leaves are used as embellishment. Marsha's Work is available in Chicago, Springfield, Rend Lake, and Dixon Mound's State Museum, as well as other artisans shop's.

They are very durable and can be washed with a wet cloth.
